i hear you man, from stress lack of sleep i got almost all the things you listed havent gotten a headache yet that i can remember. you know your mucus amount is off when you try to spit and it just stretches from your mouth and doesnt leave... : (

i got the tracks yesterday from rosanne i need to get to olivers comp to get them so i can use them though. hopefully today before he goes to bham to see you.
