And yes, I think I'd like to have Luthien's opinion here. This is...I've never seen anything like it, and while my instincts say to get him up on his feet, I'm honestly not sure.
It's not so much that he can't as that he won't. Sometimes he'll stand, but it's getting harder for him and he does it less and less. I think something happened to just make him ... give up.

I want Aunty Luthy. I don't care what Dad might say later. He's not even responding to Grandpa anymore.
