I actually think A Rose stands on its own, so this isn't a direct sequel. Just a revisit for my own enjoyment. :D

omg, I'm laughing so hard about every single one of Dean's letters. Too damn funny. And at the same time, this was so goddamn sweet, the way they just do whatever it takes to take care of each other - no muss, no fuss, just keep the other okay or make him happy.

And god, how much did I love it when man-of-few-words Dean suddenly just comes out with it in one long psychologically sophisticated confession! My jaw dropped just like Sammy's. LOL

I *love* Dean's letters! But then Sam had his very own letter and it was even better. And about 'dad as a phone book', that has to be something you played as a kid because I can't believe someone could just spontaneously make up something that weird as an adult:)

Haha, you caught me. My Dad used to take trips out of town and work really late nights, so my Mom would play "Daddy-the-phone" with me. I just thought it was cute enough to incorporate in that moment.
