There is a lot I had to talk about, but it always seems redundant by the time I log on here.
I wish I knew you guys IRL, so I could bitch or squee or LOL with you as these things are actually happening.

I'm seeing Avatar with one of my friends from the trans support group tomorrow. Heh, I haven't mentioned to him that I have an awful cold. Sneezing ( Read more... )

you've never had a s'more before this?! That's insane to even think about. As an American, I have had so many effing smores... I mean, i don't even really like them that much and i've still had a bitch-load. I prefer just the chocolate and marshmallow to the graham cracker. it's pretty much the grossest part. especially if they get stale. ugh.

I don't think we even have the crackers over here, can't say I've ever seen them. And the only place that actually sold Herseys chocolate went out of business sometime last year. English chocolate is too chunky to use. XD

wow, that's so bizarre. But that's the kind of thing that i find so interesting: I even plan on taking a shit-ton of cultural classes. I just love to hear about things that are different between countries ( ... )

Yep, that looks like s'mores. Now you just need a camp fire.

Are they meant to be that... drippy?
The chocolate didn't melt right when I just put the marshmallow on top, so I had to zap it in the microwave, and the marshmallow went INSANE in there.

lol, i don't think you are supposed to put marshmallows in the microwave. They puff up way too much... They aren't really supposed to be drippy. You just put the marshmallow over a heat source until all the sides are a medium brown, or burnt depending on preference, then you squish it in between the crackers and chocolate. It doesn't really ever melt the chocolate completely...

There's your lesson of the day, lol. jk
