Good DaySo the dentist went well. They just had to put the perm crown on the tooth and it went smoothly and painlessly. It also took very little time. So it's there and it feels weird. But not weird in a bad way, just different. The temp crown was very small. It was actually shorter then the tooth next to it. There's not a whole lot of original ( Read more... )

The toaster oven is like this big, shiny toy that I can't wait to, er...well, make toast with. *laughs* Still, it's thrilling. It's amusing how excited I get over things like a crockpot and a toaster oven these days. Heh. ;)

I love the little icon picture of the cat eating the plant. It's so cute. And so true...

Bah! This is America. If some dumb idiot can sue for spilling hot coffee on herself, you should still be able to sue someone for actually screwing up.

Good the day went well though. I really should get a new pillow too actually.. mine I think, is older than some of the people on my Flist.. ugh, LOL.

M,
Have you tried a chiropractor? I know it may be about the same price as getting a massage, but if you find a chiropractor that is a Palmer graduate, which means that they don't use any funky machines-they do it all with their hands, they may help you...and your neck. I know after my car accident in 99, my spine is literally an "S" shape. and my neck is a backwards "L." Your neck is supposed to gently curve, mine doesn't, it has that sharp point to it, but I have been seeing a genious chiropractor and my spine and neck are straightening out, not to mention feeling so much better, no more headaches, etc.

I hope all is well with you and your love.

Back when I had insurance, I tried a chriopracter. He saw me four or five times before telling me he couldn't help me and to save my money. He said my neck and back won't adjust the way it's supposed to and he wasn't doing anything to help. (He wasn't. In fact, I was having more migraines from the attempted adjustments.) He suggested accupuncture. :/ You know things are bad when a chiropractor tells you your neck is messed up.

I saw some as a teenager and none helped then but I thought I'd try it again as an adult and it still didn't help. :( Which is why I said I basically need massage theropy since it will at least keep my flexibility up since the underlying problems can't be fixed.
