WOW!

wow, wow, wow, wow, wow!!!

I feel so freaking spoiled, lol! First, the really awesome fanmix and now this! I absolutely loved this. It was perfect, everything I wanted in a fic. I especially loved the second chapter detailing all the months leading up to colonization.

Thank you so so much for putting the time in to write this awesome story for me. I seriously can't thank you enough, its fantastic!

Lots of love and hope you had a wonderful Christmas and good luck in the new year :)

Oh I'm really glad you liked it! It kinda took on a life of its own and kept on growing. At one point I thought I was going to have to write something else because I wouldn't finish it in time (IDK; I still think I could improve on some bits but at least I got it done).

Anyway, thank you for being so enthusiastic in your reply! I hope you had a great Christmas too, and enjoy 2010 :)

This was really gripping. I liked your atmospheric lead up to December 2012 the best, I think, and your imagery.

Thank you! Section 2 was definitely my favourite too. I may end up revisiting the rest at some point, but for now I'm glad it's up :)

I did. I'm not sure how I feel about it myself actually (!) though it felt like the right ending for the story. Was the warning ok? I was posting from my phone as I've moved and have no internet in the house, so I couldn't do a warning with the words blanked out (if that makes sense-I can't think of the right term) otherwise I'd have been a bit more explicit.

I was also half tempted to kill off William too, but thought I'd better leave Scully with something! I would love to read the AU you have in your brain if you ever write it. It's a surprisingly hard thing to do though, I found at least, even knowing I could write a few different versions of this where he lives.

I just want to say that the diminishing woodpile and Mulder preparing for the winter and the apocalypse(and still not really being prepared. How can you prepare adequately?) and for what Mulder knew was coming is all too believable. Thank you. I wanted to get that sense of the end of the world being inevitable, but that they'll still try and prepare for it because doing ( ... )
