It's true, last week was brutal, but this week isn't shaping up any better. The legislative hearing went well, due entirely to a last minute compromise. It was nice to walk in knowing we had the votes we needed to get the job done; but that was not to be. Unpacking is going slowly. I've only brought in a few boxes, and fewer still have been fully unpacked. It's hard to organize such a small space, and I'm trying to be selective in choosing which parts of my life to have immediately available and which should/could wait.
