Weekly Memory Give Away~!

The mods have all agreed that last week's memory give away was a good idea to keep the RP progressing while we struggle behind the scenes to make up additional events to win additional memories. This means, that everyone will be put into a raffle every single week to get a chance to regain memories! Just like last week, there will be a bonus roll

I was just thinking, maybe newer characters should have to wait a couple weeks before they get to be on the bonus roll. Since we seem to get a lot of new characters, but some of the older characters still aren't getting any memories, even though brand new characters (like Sirius, not that I have anything against him xd) are.

It might make it more fair. Just a suggestion.
