A Mystical Moment
Who: Erk and Terra
What: Erk takes the music box with her to commune, Terra happens upon her

She didn't know why she was so interested in it. Well, that wasn't true. It was magic. Wasn't that reason enough? But even with its propensity for cursing her, Erk felt obligated to give it another try. This was further evidenced by the fact that Soren alluded to Sanaki's ownership of it and that she never got cursed. Quite the interesting device.
The melody was a nice one last time, but to be on the safe side, in case she found herself singing again, she took it out to the forest by a lazy stream trickling through the trees. She sat with her back to a tree and tried to open it up once more. This time, unlike the last few times, it had worked, and began to play a mystical tune.
It was a nice tune. Soft and calming, with a hint of a distant meaning to it. Erk closed her eyes, an oddly serene smile on her face as she focused her energies around her, feeling herself brought back into touch with the spirits she was familiar with.
