Lavi bounced on the balls of his feet, tossing his knife from hand to hand as he watched Yuu across the arena. He could hear the crowd cheering around them, but made a conscious effort to tune them out; he needed to be focused on his opponent, nothing more. Though he knew that Yuu was probably stronger than him with his sword, the knife felt somewhat familiar in his hand, and the small amount of training he'd been able to do showed him that he was no slouch at hand-to-hand fighting, either. Perhaps he'd surprise the long-haired boy after all. "Ready, Yuu?" he called out, grinning at him.
