Because C-----t is retarded and needs to get more damn trucks out here. We were originally scheduled for the 3rd, but neither of us had that day off work, so when we called to reschedule, they were like, "Okay, we can fit you in on the 12th" and I just flipped XD That's so very, VERY uncool. I miss my TV tooooooooooo T.T

And here I thought I had problems with Qwest! It took 2 weeks one time because I'd call and schedule and either the person wouldn't show up or even call, or they would hook up the wrong line. When I finally got it hooked up, the first thing I did was call and make sure they took those two weeks off my bill.
