Formatting question for you: how do you get the AO3 author names to show up like that? I can code the LJ user names, but I can't figure out how to do AO3 author names.

As to the code: If you're only posting to LJ, then you can look at one of the lists and just grab the code LJ generates and post it manually that way. Or, if you're on DW, you can cross-post from there. DW allows for a "site" attribute in their tag that they automatically translate to the raw code when they cross-post.
So, on a DW entry you'd say or and that would come across with the appropriate icon. So far, I've discovered the "site" attribute takes: archiveofourown.org, dreamwidth.org (the default, if you leave the site blank), livejournal.com, insanejournal.com, pinboard.in, twitter.com, facebook.com... I'm sure there are others, too :)
