[Fuck Allen's and my peace of mind, here's Gwaine.]
Oh, Allen! There's my good friend! I've been looking for you. [Not really, but when you're drunk and you suddenly spot someone it seems like you just found who you were looking for.]
[He's always happy to see you. You make funny faces. :D By the way, he is half-stumbling over to throw an arm around Allen's shoulder and drag him into a drunken half-hug. It's really more of an awkward squeeze considering his current state.]
Just wanted to see you. You're one of my only friends here, you know.
[Yeah, Allen. If not the weirdest friends ever, what would you be? He soon lets go. The not-hug was also in part to help ground him. Once he's sure he won't fall over if he takes a step, he lurches into a nearby chair and drops heavily into it. It nearly topples over anyway and he starts laughing like this is the funniest thing he has ever seen.]
[He's very glad you'll let go and straightens any clothes that Gwaine messed up from that hug. He'll raise an eyebrow at Gwaine-- you really are plastered aren't you? ]
[Yes. Very much so. He holds his head in one hand as it's suddenly too heavy for his neck alone. One eye blinks open to attempt to focus on the talking fuzzy white splotch with vaguely humanoid features. He seems to consider this for a moment before he shakes his head emphatically.]
No. You're my friend. [He snickers.] I haven't binged like this since I left home.
[He suddenly raises his head, both of his hands dropping palm-up on the surface of the table. He frowns at them. He's wishing for water. Why is there no water here yet?]
[His look is not unlike that of someone who has just understood the meaning of life.]
Ohhh. That makes sense. I want water. [That declaration is met with a determined attempt to stand up and get himself some water. The attempt ends with him on the floor after trying to get up. He bursts out laughing.]
[Allen sighs to himself and gets up to fill a glass of water. Since Gwaine seems very content on the floor...he'll walk over and hold the glass down to him]
[Gwaine takes it. He spills quite a bit in bringing it down and shifting onto his side to drink it, but he manages to get most of it. There's still a little left as he sets the glass on the floor next to him and again stretches out on his back. The floor is cool and comfortable. His hands fiddle absently with his chain until he disentangles it and it's not so tight around his neck.]
Thanks.
[After a moment, he shrugs, another laugh bubbling up.]

[A pause before he takes a guess at what Gwaine is doing] ...Wishes don't work out in the city, Gwaine.
