Are you staying home? Please don't go.. [It was more a plea then a actual request. She really didn't want to be alone right now, even with how secure the house was.] I promise I'll stay inside. I'll be good this time and have them come to me.

[Really the only reason she went there was because the doctor hadn't been able to come to her that day since he was so busy.]

[Guerrero looked into her eyes & gritted his teeth. He really wanted to go out & find out who'd attacked her before he was supposed to go off & help Chance again. But he wasn't going to leave her like this. He knew what it was like for some people when they killed for the first time. Plus it was her. Chance would just have deal without him.]

I'm not going anywhere.

[She seemed almost relieved, though she hated feeling like some needy, whiny little bitch, she didn't want him to go. But she'd understand if he had to, sort of. This would be the time her arms would just wrap around him and start clinging to him for dear life.]

[She pulled back and then went to get up, damn it. She was hungry she figured he was too, though oh that searing pain was not a good sign when she went to, her hand going almost immediately to her ribs.]

You get checked out by doctors or something? [usually he wouldn't want her to go to the hospital after being attacked by people because of him (for fear it would be traced back to him & screw him over) but the baby changed matters.]

I'm fine, just a little bruised I think. I'm not going to the hospital so don't even think it. It's my rib, nothing's cracked or broken, I know that much and it wasn't my stomach. I'm not taking any chances.

If you really need to e assured, we can find someone that you trust to check me out just..I'm hungry and I need to eat. Or I'm going to get sick.
