[She was a very pretty girl. He didn't have to be trashed to see that. The Tailor did, however, require at least a few drinks in his system to override his natural desire not to be a homewrecker.

But would you look at that, he'd just reached the right number of shots.]

Heeeey, Red!

Red was at that comfortable level of inebriation where she could still remember that they were celebrating, but not quite what or why, or where, even.

She blinked up upon hearing her voice, and grinned, "Tailor! You're here! Did I know that already?"

"Yes!" Not that he was actually properly aware himself. Either way, he reached her with steady enough steps, arms wrapping around her contentedly. "Because it is the best news ever."

She didn't mind, she was a huggy sort anyway, and moreso when she'd been drinking, "Wait, what is? There's news? Why doesn't anyone tell me when there's good news?"

"The best news is that I'm here. And I love you."

Brilliant, yes, he knew. His arms squeezed a little tighter as he planted a firm kiss to her cheek.

She didn't shove him off, so that was probably a good sign. She laughed though, shaking her head just a little and butting it against his jaw like a contented kitten, "Love you too, all of you guys." Another headbutt, "You're my pack."

Another laugh, still shaking her head, even though it was resting against his shoulder, "Tailor, Tailor, Tailor, you've had enough drinkings. You're drink enough to verb nouns." And she wasn't much better off herself.

"I'm sober enough t' know "drinkings" isn't something you can have enough of. And," and this was the really important part, "that I love you. Like, looove you, Red."

"Can so~o." She sing-songed, before blinking at his followup, lifting her head away from his shoulder so that she could study him intently. She shook her head a moment later, "Noooo, you love your princess." And maybe Miller, but she wasn't quite drunk enough to say that aloud.

"But I love you too." Clearly. How was this not clear to her? Maybe a kiss on the forehead would help clear things up.

Well it made her snicker, anyway, and kiss the line of his jaw, since that was what she could reach, and she really wasn't in much better shape than he was, "'course you do. We're pack."
