The Absolute Power Meme

Maybe it's a convenient twist of fortune and chance, maybe it's a game between friends or lovers, maybe it's a vacation of restraint, or maybe it's sweet revenge. Whatever the case is, suddenly you find you can make people do anything you like, simply by telling them to. Or maybe just that one person. And boy does that power ( Read more... )

Taking orders, pet, ect! mightbeblogging November 4 2012, 02:34:50 UTC
Sherlock should be pleased that John how allowed them to return home, to 221B Baker Street. Mrs. Hudson was getting on in her years, and didn't seem to notice anything amiss. When she was around, John acted normally. No need to worry the old lady into calling the police on them. But no cases had been allowed to Sherlock yet, or ever - John hadn't decided. Right now, this was about training his pet, his property, his Sherlock, and making sure that he obeyed every command. He had to discipline and punish Sherlock when necessary. Limits and rules had to be set.

That particular morning, John had slept in what used to be Sherlock's bed, and John had slept on the floor at the foot of the bed. He wasn't yet ready to join John in bed - he had not proven himself yet. Reaching over to the little bedside table, he picked up the collar he had not yet put on Sherlock. "Sherlock, come," he ordered. "

Sherlock shifts to obey, though he doesn't seem pleased with these developments. He's itching for a case, for something to occupy his mind other than...this.

And he's pushing his limits, waiting for John to lose and break him. Something other than the constant nagging numbness at the moment.

And he's stiff from the floor.
Cold, too.

Sherlock can't be allowed a case, he can't be allowed the chance to get too comfortable. He had to remember who was in charge now.

"Sit, on your knees," he ordered. At least the collar wasn't a metal one, like the one he'd worn while a captive. But it was leather, tough, and would not easily come off. There was even John's dog tags attached, basically saying Sherlock belonged to him. His property.

John put the collar around Sherlock's neck, not too tight, but tight enough that it wouldn't slip off. "Good."

Whoa... [With a wave of a claw, Brain makes that chair float and over just inches above the ground. Brain is amazed.] Was I always able to do this? I don't think so!

[He waved his claw at the table next to the floating chair, and now that object is floating too!]

[This living invention's voice box emits happy laughter. This new power Brain's discovered he believes is to be SO NEAT. Possibly the coolest thing. Ever.]
