Woah! Woah! Rose! I think I just hit an animal! [shocked and wide eyed, she puts the car in park and takes a few breaths, then opens the car door.]

It was HUGE, probably a deer or something....right?

[not out of the car yet, just one leg out]

They were supposed to be at SHIELD five hours ago, bruce doesn't know if the billionaire did this on purpose or not, the getting them lost, making sure they stopped at this motel.. who knew. "uh- tony, why did we stop here?" they should probably start thinking about turning around and take the road back to where they came from, but somethings telling him tony has something planned.

"Come on, it's four in the morning," Tony says, killing the engine, "I'm gonna fall asleep at the wheel if we keep going."

"fair enough." getting out of the convertible and walking alongside the other as they made their way to the front office, bruce waited for if tony would end up saying two beds or just the one. Subtly and to the side, bruce whispered to the other, " you could get just one bed. I could sleep on the floor or something." in india you rarely had a place to sleep, so taking a rest on the floor was normal for banner.

5. Because I'm feeling vindictive. isntithateful June 5 2012, 21:22:36 UTC
[John had been driving for this last leg of the journey and Sherlock sat attempting to occupy himself in the passenger's seat, alternating between contemplative silence and fidgeting as the dullness of this car trip began to crush him.

It wasn't long before boredom wasn't the only thing that was weighing on him. His beverage cup sat empty between them, and he needed to use the bathroom. Beyond the window there was only countryside. That would not do.]

How long until we make Blackwater?

[He shifted, distracted and uncomfortable in the passenger's seat and turned to the right, staring expectantly towards John]

Driving really took it out of him and they couldn't switch driving time because sherlock doesn't drive at all, so it all fell onto his lap whether he liked it or not. Not like he was complaining or anything, but the doctor was getting dreary from this long drive. And his back was aching. As was his foot. Like he needed any of these unecessary pains, but he did it for sherlock. He always ended up doing anything for his friend. Though 'friend' has turned into something else, most times.

John looks over at the other apologetically because they both knew it's not until two more hours that they'll reach a rest stop. "i told you not to drink too much, but did you listen to me? Nope. Nobody ever listens to me." rubbing his forehead, briefly, john has no choice but to say, "we won't reach anywhere in under an hour, sherlock. You're just going to have to hold it. Or do your business behind a tree. Or something. Do you want me to stop the car?"

Sherlock frowned when John pulled the old 'woe is me' bit, but it changed to a grimaced expression of disgust when John suggested using a tree.

"No, I do not want you to stop the car," he sounds petulant, as usual when he's not getting his way and feeling quite put out.

He's looking out the window at the trees they're passing. It's simply not an option. He pulls his mobile from his pocket, trying to find a place to stop sooner, but he's not getting reception here.

"There has to be somewhere with a toilet around here," he complains, leaning forwards as if that will allow him to see further down the road.
