Quinn pushed her face to Johnny's shoulder when her breath came back and closed her eyes as she pushed a few kisses along his upper arm. Her body curled against his side beneath the sheets of his bed and she settled her arm around his middle loosely.

Mm.. [he smiles as his fingers curl and gently twist into long blonde locks. He gives it a moment before -] Told you I'd get lucky.

Quinn was actually smiling a bit until his comment which had her nudging her hand quickly into his side. "You're passing that cocky line and slipping right into unattractive," she commented, pulling the sheets up so they reached her shoulders and moved to sit up on her elbow.

[he chuckled, nudging against her right back. Unattractive, him? Ah, Quinn - it's not ladylike to frown and lie.] Did I, or did I not tell you, though...

Quinn nudged him again and started to untangle herself from him a bit. "Johnny, when do you not?" she questioned. More often than not, she didn't want to fight against sleeping with him when...she could just sleep with him and have all parties involved happier for it. "Though that could definitely change."

Quinn wasn't actually mad or upset in the slightest, but Johnny did definitely walk the line of cocky and a step too far. It was something that she liked about him...most of the time. When he pulled her back to him, she went easily and gave him a simple smirk. "No one said anything about a second round, Johnny."

Maybe I don't want that... [he frowns, a little, well.. hurt. He's been trying here, Quinn.] Forget it. We'll sleep. [he holds her, more loosely now.]

Quinn was trying as well, still trying to figure out the balance between showing him she got that it was more than sex between them but not wanting to come on too strong. Teasing had been her way of doing that for weeks now. When she felt his arms loosen around her a bit, she held back a frown and reached up to brush her thumb across his frowning lips. She was about to say something but shook her head and hung her head a little. "Who would have thought I was the one who would need to adjust to this?" she asked softly.

Hey.. [his fingers drew under her chin, lifting her eyes to meet his. He kisses her softly.] Not just you.. we're both learning, Quinn. Sorry. [he smiles.] I know it's not easy on you, either.. [but.. they'd be okay. Somehow.]

Quinn let out a breath that was almost a laugh when he tilted her chin up. "It's ridiculous," she said softly. "I've spent the last few months convincing myself, and you, that I didn't want this to turn serious. Now that it has, and it's what I want, I don't know how to stop." She leaned in for a small kiss and then tipped their foreheads together gently. "It's just dating, it can't be that hard, right?"

You know.. you just made a major confession to me. Or, half of one. [he doesn't sound cocky so much as, well... pleased. He closes his eyes as she presses their heads closer and nods.] Nope... we'll make our own how-to, yeah?

Quinn shifted to put her head against his chest where she could look up to him while her arm tightened a bit around his middle. "Which confession would that be?" She pressed a few gentle kisses along his chest before she gave a soft smile. "It's going to be trying not to offend each other for a while, I feel like." She brushed her thumb against his side. "But we'll figure it out."

[he doesn't answer.. sort of wanting to keep his thoughts inside and to himself, for once. His breath hitches a little at the kisses and he smirks.] Never had to worry before, huh.

"Wouldn't kill you to show that you actually have feelings...since apparently I'm here confessing or something of the sort," she nipped gently at his skin when she heard his breath hitch and she smiled a little at him. "Something tells me there will be a lot of fights ahead, but the same thing tells me you're going to enjoy making up."
