[Ed still isn't sure if this idea was bad or brilliant on his part. He and Quinn haven't been dating very long, and he should have perhaps thought twice about inviting her to spend the weekend at his mom's country getaway. The latter had been excited to meet his new girlfriend, though, which she'd hoped would be a better match than the last, and so it'd been easy to agree to bring her at the time.

Clearly he'd momentarily forgotten about just how little privacy you got when your mom, her new boyfriend and your two younger siblings were constantly running around the house.]
