[Anna stopped for a flash of a second when Jase's chin nuzzled her hair, her eyes closing at the feeling. Goodness, he wasn't making this easy for her. The tension between them seemed to grow every time they were together, and Anna was certain that it would explode eventually.]

[Anna couldn't get her footing secure enough before Jase pushed her shoulder, and down they went to the floor! Anna grunted as the back of her head slammed against it and she instinctively shifted her arms to hold Jase protectively mid-fall as he landed on top of her.]
