[If Santana had a choice in the matter, no, she probably wouldn't be going through with this. She was eighteen and in high school, for fuck's sake, and she and Sam had made a mistake. But once she told her parents the news, they insisted that she get married. They were good Catholics, and while the rules were bendable, this was something they wouldn't budge on. It didn't matter that this whole situation was a result of too much to drink at a post-Regionals win party or that she was still into girls. She was pregnant, Sam was the father, end of story. *Ever since the discovery of her pregnancy, Sam had never seen Santana so vulnerable and really, he just wanted to wrap her in his arms and protect her. He wondered if that was part of why he'd gone along with this; because if they were married, he would get to protect her. He wrapped his arms back around her, smoothing a hand slowly along her back as he smiled a small, sad smile.* You know I love you, right? *And he did.
