Um...forced to do the Heimlich maneuver on your kind of sort of not quite date was not how she was planning on ringing in the New Year.

[That, wrapping her arms around him, actually was a good idea. Jensen was as nervous as ever, which he would explain after they broke the kiss (even though that probably wasn't necessary). He tried to move away after a moment of kissing her, not entirely sure how she would take it, put chuckled when he felt her arms around him.
So he stayed a bit longer, that anxiousness about kissing Jans slowly fading away. When that feeling started to go away, Jensen noticed how nice it was to kiss Janice; how she was responding. And that made him want to make this last a bit longer, so he moved his arms to wrap around her waist.]
