Harry stares for a moment, slowly trying to adsorb the news. "You're pregnant? Who's the father? I mean...Are you sure?" Of course he's sure...

Jack looks up from the toilet bowl. "Yes I'm pregnant, no I don't know who the father is, and yes it can happen it's happened before."

"You don't think this is from the time that you and I..." He trails off, looking distinctly shyly and a bit sheepish.

Jack manages to look even paler. "Crap......crap...crap," he mutters.

"Of course..." He groans. "Jack...I'm sorry. I just..and you smelled so good..."

"Pheromones," Jack says his head going back in the bowl for a second, "I haven't been bleeding them off lately...."

"...what about Liz or Ianto?" He asks.

"Liz is....and so is Ianto."

Had it really been that long? Harry winces. "I'm sorry Jack." He knelt beside him. "Is there anything I can do?"

Jack smiles a little. "You don't have a painkiller potion do you."

"Surprisingly I do...are you sure its safe though." Harry asks, reaching into his pocket to pull out a small vial.

Jack smiles. "Thanks," I'll take a little bit and see how it works.....I forgot how much this part of the process hurts."

"Here let me try something." Harry settle more comfortably next to Jack and reaches out with magic. It was something he did with John when he was still healing. It was both something to easy the pain and something pleasurable. His magic gently caresses against the spot where Jack's energy seems still and dim, stirring it like a breeze across a field.

Jack sucks in a breath and says something in a language that is at least 50 years from being created. "What in the hell?"
