I've seen Azure around a few times, never played with him, but have always been baffled by, well, his icons. Why such a prettyboy PB for a Dragon Ball OC?

Honestly, mostly because the PB's hair was precisely how I imagined Azure's. Also because he's close to the right age range. I kept to fan art because anime-Ichinose looked and acted too mature for Azure's character.
