one → sorrow something awful has happened! or someone has said something really terrible and spread a rumor. or maybe you just have a blues record playing on repeat. either way, you (or someone you know) are stricken with angst.
two → mirth and to make a one-eighty, something wonderful has been bestowed upon you! a gift from the god, that raise you wanted, or maybe christmas has come early (maybe in the form of revenge). come on, spread some joy!
three → wedding look how pretty she is, walking down the aisle. maybe the bridesmaids are being awful harpies. has your best man walked out on you? or maybe the groom is drunk at the altar. whatever going on, it’s your wedding day!
four → birth oh, look at that little bundle of joy! isn’t s/he cute? what do you mean, a watermelon through a lemon? well. you and someone else have just become parents! yay! enjoy those new found responsibilities and challenges!
five → silver now, i know what you are thinking. shiny riches, right? well, no. this is an old english nursery rhyme and we have to have some spooks here. whoever gets this is now a werewolf, and silver burns. have fun with that!
six → gold and something always heard in stories like these are dragons! did a mean ol’ dragon kidnap you? or are you a knight bothering one who was minding his own business? traditional or not, dragons don't like their gold stolen. just a warning.
seven → secret this is simple and straightforward. you have a secret: it might be yours, but then again, it might not be as well. even if you swore you would never tell anyone, you are finding yourself compelled to… right now.
eight → wish you're a fairy godparent! no, seriously. whatever it is, no matter what, you have to fulfill the wish of the little mortal you've been put in charge of.
nine → kiss oh, is it a french kiss? are you kissing that lovely bride of yours? maybe making out with someone in that dark corner of the bar. maybe it’s lead to something more by now. ;)
ten → heaven (or hell) confusing, isn’t it? should you go with the angel, or take a risk and throw your lot in with the demon? maybe you’re the angel, trying to save a poor soul-or you could totally pretend to be the devil himself.
