Still so freakin' awesome. I love the comparison of House to the wolf and all the fairy tale metaphors that you use to perfection. I love this fic, like woah.

I hope you'll post it to ff.net, so I can put it in my favorites.

You know how proud I get when you like something I write, right? *hugs*

I was just doing that! I'm with my tv following the elections and the complaints of missing votes while italicing and bolding and taking off the livejournal codes!

Why you guys don't switch for electronic voting machines? I love how we do it here, it's so much easier.. and faster.

But then again, I don't get why you don't switch to direct vote either.. I think I'd be depressed if I voted on a State with less votes. I like to believe my vote changed everything. Very egocentric of me, but so true. I always vote thinking there'll be a draw and it'll be decided by me! lol

The voting apparatus (machine, paper, etc) is chosen by each state. Some of the electronic machines break down or have other problems. Some of the paper ballots won't feed into the machines if they're wet or damp. *shrug* I've never heard of New Jersey having any issues, so I always wonder why the rest of the country doesn't adopt the same machines for voting.

If by direct vote, you mean popular vote, there's a very good reason. The entire middle of the country (also known as "flyover country") would be disenfranchised because their total population is less than that of some of the coastal states (New York, California). Without the electoral vote, they wouldn't have a voice.

I guess it sounds odd for me because our governments also work differently.. there's no point of a certain state having or not a voice as the group here. Each state, although very different among themselves, do not represent as much power.

It's just funny because, apart from an election where someone stole a couple of machines, I never heard of problems here. Paper votes used to be insane to control.

Want a chocolate cookie to eat while waiting? :) *offers to share*

Wait. Let me get over the shock of actually seeing something from you....

Okay. I really loved the fairy tale analogies/metaphors/whatever they're called, and especially House as the wolf and essentially Chase as Charming. Seriously, it's just right.
