I have nothing more constructive to say than Oh. My. God.

As someone with familial ties in several different levels of military, I ... am speechless. Not surprised, mind. I've come to expect this kind of bullshit from the Times. But my God, something has got to be done to these people who keep doing this.

I'm 23 years old with a baby and one on the way and am terrified that this nation is going to Hell in a handbasket...

Wow. You've got a lot going on. :) Best of luck with the little ones.

I fear you are very much correct. We need to wake up, and fast.

Th Bush Admin had its chance to do the right thing. They could have jailed their reporters and editors for not giving up their sources when they kept giving out classified information. No one will. I can't possibly imagine why not.

Yeah, I do. But I find it's worth it. And thanks for the well wishes. Thankfully, I'm not alone in it. Just in suffering through my heartburn at odd hours of the night.

And the fact that nothing is being done to the reporters and editors is something that I really don't grasp. I understand freedom of speech. Really, I do. I think it's a fundamentally wonderful right that we have in this country. However, I think the idiom of your right to swing your fist ending at my nose also applies to this situation. Your right to report facts ends at my right to stay safe and alive.
