The hug was so bittersweet and lovely. It seemed to be the little first step towards healing -- starting to become one family once more. It seemed through the years the three somewhat drifted off: Greta was growing up becoming a teenager having strange uncomfortable feelings for Wolfram resulting in her subconsciously moving away from him physically, Yuuri being oblivious and left behind in his make-believe world where nothing ever changes and Wolfram trying hard to keep the family a family, being overly protective of his daughter who is slowly drifting away, giving up on Yuuri yet staying with him. Then the rape happens and even though Yuuri and Wolfram weds, it breaks the tenuous unity of their family. So the hug, to me, showed an understanding on Greta's part that she needs her parents, relief on Wolfram's part that he's not going to lose her. And Yuuri still lost in his own little world, but is beginning to realize it.

And the rest: that is the most awesome NON-SEX I've ever read!!!

I just started reading this earlier and found myself flying through all four chapters desperate to find out what would happen next. This fic is marvleous. You handle so aptly the rape and how it affects everyone in the situation. I'm so glad to read this and find that Yuuri and Wolfram didn't immediatly jump into each other's arms despite Greta's pain and the guilt.

Your characterization is also brilliant. i love the strong Wolfram you show and the Yuuri who is concerned for everyone, but not always doing what is best for them all. It's really, really great.

Hi, just wanted to say how much I enjoy this story. Wolfram, Yuri and Greta really come alive here. I really like the mature Wolfram here which reminds me of summaries about the novels which also seem to feature a stronger. Yuri's POV is also great with his growing awareness of the people around him and his reflex of apologizing and wanting to fic things.

This chapter I really liked how the conversation about the nightgown grew into a conversation about their relationship from Wolfram's end of it. You handle the issues of rape supremely well and it looks like Wolfram has some issues himself that put me in mind of your fic Regret which I also adore. Looking forward to future chapters.

I really love the hug shared by wolf and greta. Wolf is surely touched by it, after all, Greta hadn't hugged him like that for a long time? And the way she clinged at him makes me smile. At least there is one father who can make her somewhat relieved.

And Yuuri should learn how to control himself, especially then when the situation is miserable x__x. he sometimes let me think that he only has sex in mind..or touching Wolfram. It's alright thinking like that, after all, he had realized his feelings for wolfram but a bit of a self-control he still has to learn. @@

And I like that Wolf doesn't completely distance himself from Yuuri ^__^!<3

this chapter is so..human...
I mean, although Greta had little "feelings" for Wolfram, in the end she still got a reassurance that Wolfram still love her as any father would do to their child
And Wolfram, trying so hard to control himself, not even dare to make love with Yuuri because he knew of his own limit...
And for Yuuri, for always trying to understand Wolfram feelings (although he's sometimes failed).. But it's so human, so realistic... And it shows us that there's more to them than just physical attraction, or self surrender to any sexual tension..
Because they have live as a family, and they still want to keep themselves as a family, no matter what happened...

I'm speechless to see this chapter.. and I hope you realize that this story is getting more and more place in the readers' hearts
