I really liked this a lot. The twisted psychological effects of the illness drew me in. Yuuri's confusion and indecisiveness is written very well.

The only issue I had was the lack of explanation for Wolfram's affair. It seems like something that should not have been as rushed and more indepth from both Yuuri and Wolfram, even though I understand that it was probably for the sake of keeping the fic short.

The last line was the best. It just made me squee. ^_^ Great Job.

Yay thanks so much for reviewing! And thanks especially for the concrit... I'll certainly think about it, whether it's adding more in or explaining more in the second part. I think the reason I didn't explain it more here was because I couldn't see a way of making that work without switching to Wolfram's POV and disrupting the flow. I feel like that's something I might be able to do in the next part, though. (I guess I am writing it...)

Thanks again! ^__^ I'm glad you liked it.

I really enjoyed this story. The way that the events seemed to move along was really well done and the way you described Yuuri’s illness was very realistic =). You already explained why the situation between Murata and Wolfram wasn’t given more detail but I was also looking for more of a explanation with Yuuri and his situation with Conrad. I figure that things will probably be a little problematic for Yuuri and how he will have to deal with all that. But that’s also probably something that was left for the next part. I really liked this story though =). I’ll be looking forward to a “epilogue/sequel/part 2 ish” thing for this in the future =).

I'm so, so sorry for the late comment!! I was out of town and although I read and fangirled this a few days ago, I haven't spent enough time on the computer to write a proper review. I am so ridiculously happy to see a KKM fic from you; I know you have really limited time because of other projects. I hope you get more time and inspiration to write for KKM, because we can always use another great writer like you! *begs shamelessly like the greedy fangirl she is* &hearts

Getting to the point...I completely adore this fic! I am not a MuraWolf fan and I rarely read the pairing although the MuraYuu dream at the beginning made me swoon, but given that it was you who wrote it, I knew I had to read it. And I must say, you did a fantastic job! I really loved your use of the fever/sickness, it felt very symbolic to me and just added to the sort of hazy confusion in Yuuri's head. I really felt his curiosity, confusion, jealousy...it was all so subtle yet potent and complicated, which is so realistic for someone like Yuuri. ^_ ( ... )

OMG YOUR REVIEWS ARE LOVE. (capslock monster! rawr)

Thank you so much for continuing to be awesome in your feedback and concrit. You clearly understood everything I was going for, and that makes me so happy that I would squee at the top of my lungs if it weren't 2:00 am.

Want to hear what really happened at the end? I did start writing the morning after, and Yuuri realizing that he's still angry and "hey I'm not gay wtf" and such. However, it GOT TOO SAD. (I know! Too sad for me? I'm an angst whore! It was weird!) So I just posted this so that I could bask just a little in their temporary head-rushy feverish happiness until I got the rest worked out. Which I will do, I promise.

So, um, thanks again! You are too cool for words? Yes. You make me blush so hard.
