^_^ I used this recipe http://www.merryantoinette.com/2008/10/kekiwo-tabemasho.html but I have no idea how she got the icing to be like that o.o; So...flat XD

Next time I'm going to try to do the icing like this http://web-japan.org/nipponia/nipponia33/en/appetit/index.html and use piping. I think it will be easier XD

You can come around for some of this one! (I forget we live in the same town XD)

ya just whisk the cream a bit longer next time and it'll make a huge difference. nice job!

But it said soft peaks! XD I think the person who wrote the recipe was making sure no one overwhipped their cream (which she did). Sort of like telling people to come 1o minutes before something starts, expecting them to be late. XD
