A December Move

I've never felt comfortable posting on LiveJournal. It doesn't feel like it's 'mine' when I post- more like it belongs to the statistics of updated webpages, users online, and goat-followers who have united in anti-HTML. I write HTML for a living, now. I create graphics and cut them open and sew them back together on websites. I do it for a regular ( Read more... )

I feel the same about LJ.
I remeber those websites your talking about and I miss them to.
They were so personal and beautiful and you could spend hours drowning in someone else expression.
I am moving out too. When I find the time to shift.

I'll email you, too, but I wanted to say you're so right. Webpages that were much, much more than the blog. Webpages that made you feel you were immersed in the person, when websites were 'safe'- not hardly enough people read personal websites to get you in trouble, before people were 'dooced'. Anyway, you'll have my link in your inbox soon.
