Wow, this is truly beautiful. I've read several fics about the Singing Towers, and yours is my favourite so far. :)
And I like that with all the timey-wimey River had a relationship with her parents anyway. You wrote them all superbly, especially Rory, imo (I have a soft spot for Rory :)).
And the passage about the Doctor's motives, when he has to explain to Rory... *tries not to cry*

Just an edit I think you should make: you wrote "or if they simple choose" . Shouldn't it be "simply choose"?
And maybe you should consider putting the stories under LJ cuts, that way readers don't have to go through the length of all your entries when they are on your "recent entries" page. Just a suggestion...

Erm, I've been writing fic in general for about 3 years, but I was only 12 then and it was all very bad writing. But I've only been writing Doctor Who fics for a little over a month now.

Ah yes, you're right there, I will go back and edit that. Thanks for pointing it out! I do proof-read but I'm not the greatest at that...
I'm not sure how to do that? I had to get people from tumblr to explain to me how to get my fanfictions noticed... :')

Hey, you're very welcome! =)

To do an LJ cut you have to select the text you want to put under it when you're editing your entry and you have an "lj cut" button next to the "insert link" button and other buttons... Then it asks you what text you want to choose for the lj cut like "read more" or something like that. :)
