If it is not too much trouble, may I inquire as to how you do the painted hair effect? Like in 18?

The painted effect on the hair is not that complex, I simply made a new layer and then I painted the strands with a small brush picking different colors each time :)
When I made these icons I stopped there, lately I've been adding a few steps: I duplicate the layer with the painted strands three times. I set the first (from the bottom) to Normal at 20%, the second to Multiply at 22% and the third to Soft Light at 25%. I don’t think this makes much difference, they're already pretty bright, but I do it anyway LOL. Finally they’re enhanced even more by the adjustments layers of the coloring. I hope this was helpful, maybe when and if I have some time I could try to do a full tutorial :)

And thank you very much for explaining it. :) I've been wanting to play around with painted hair for a while now, and this was very helpful.
