is there a shortage of living spaces/options or just a shortage of $? i'm not really sure what the area is like where you live so i have no idea :)

Heh, well.. they are starting at around 750. The people who own them are really friendly though so I'm sure if you talked to them personally they would try to work with your budget. You know.. charm em up a bit :)
