A Monday of Mourning

Monday, I mourned the loss of my froggy Samwise.
Tuesday, I buried her inside a beautiful porcelain jar.
It is Wednesday. I miss her terribly.
The jar is sitting on my desk. While it brings closure, it also brings sadness.

BTW, not to make light of the situation, but I'm slightly confused. Are you implying that you buried her in the jar on your desk??? I just want a forwarning in case I happen to run across a jar on your desk ...

I buried her inside the jar. There's a small layer of dirt beneath her and a large amount of dirt above her. So she's buried, but I can take the jar home with me and bury her where she belongs.
