Did he gorge himself on sweets or something? Glad he's feeling better! Damned kids getting sick :)

Glad you're doing the yard stuff this year! You seem happier when you put more into it!

I think that was it exactly. And honestly, I can't complain about sick kids much. *knocks on wood*

Meh, I still feel like I'm over gardening, but not to the point where I just don't want to do anything. More so, this year I feel like I want to do it quick and get it over with so I can do other stuff the rest of the spring and summer. Like build a deck! ;)

I cleared some of my stuff sunday, which was pretty satisfying... also got a few seeds started, though i really need to get another seedling heat mat (mine has been co-opted for maintaining fermentation temperature). i need to get my tomatoes suckered and the new bits rooted soon, too.

I hate getting started after the winter because it's always such a mess. But it is really satisfying once it's all cleared out.

I'm afraid to start my seeds because of all the scale I have inside right now. I wish I had a place I could set up with lights. Wouldn't need to be huge, but I just can't seem to find a place and the garage is apparently off limits. If Chris would just let me build a conservatory... ;)

It was! Jonah was a huge help and it felt really good to get that stuff done. No matter what state it's left in at the end of the fall, by late winter, the yard always looks so trashed. :/ Getting it cleaned up really feels nice and being out in the sun helps too. :)
