My puppy made it through surgery today~ It was to remove a large lump on the inside of his leg. They shaved his leg, intubated him, and gave him morphine and anesthesia. It was a challenging procedure, they said. But he's ok. HE MADE IT

:D I will! I'll hug his head very gently so as to not jostle him. I kiss his little forehead all the time, and tell him I'm so glad he made it. ♥ It's so sad to think I could have lost him, and it's saddening to think I will someday, but now I'm all the more grateful for the time I have left with him.

We're very happy too! I'm glad caring for him is not worse! He's able to walk, eat, and drink normally. It could have been a lot worse! I can't imagine if he were incontinent or had to be confined to a kennel the whole time.

I will and do give him lots of love! He's spoiled with all the love he receives! Especially from his long-distance girlfriend. :3 Thank you so much, my dearest Zephy! It means so much. ♥
