~ on your mirror write "I AM BEAUTIFUL!", everyday you will look at it, and realize a little bit more what people see in you and on the outside of you that is beautiful...
and I know you know that being anorexic isn't going to help you any...trust me...it doesn't help, you get weak, and your body just store fat because it thinks you are starving...it's not going to help you any....
