Yeah, I make no apologies for being a species that evolved as omnivorous. I still have the teeth to prove my need for a varied diet. And my B12 troubles are further evidence. Still, though, I'm not in any hurry to scrap my ban on home use of meat. I break that rule once or twice a year. I'd hate to have to add more meat to address my health problems. I'm hoping that something else is ultimately the cause of my issues than just B12 resources. (I'm horrible about remembering to take pills so supplements are not a reliable strategy for me.)
