Stressful day at work and on the roadways.  I went to buy beer to help me get to sleep.  It worked, but only for about 4.5 hours.  *sigh ( Read more... )

have you tried taking melatonin about an hour or two before you want to go to bed?

I've tried it before, and it does help me get to sleep initially. There's a 50/50 chance, though, after the first few hours of having restless sleep afterwards that is not very refreshing. I tried it last night again, and it worked well. :)
