So, My mom works with this woman named Kim, and I used to babysit her daughters' kids before she got married. Well, a couple of days ago he tried to burn down their house while they were inside, and today their mom got arrested in front of them for failing a drug test while on probation.

Your mom is such a jerk. =/ You aren't qualified to handle situations like this. It's obvious that little girl needs some serious help, but you did a good job by not letting her see you cry. Hell, I couldn't deal with a situation like that and I'm older than you. ._. Technically, I'm supposed to be an adult in four months.

XD, yeah. I'mma watch some anime for a while, prolly.

My mom spent all our money for the next two months, and my dad couldn't afford to say no when I offered to help. I earned a pretty good amount of money by selling art, so as long as my mom doesn't find out I should be able to make sure that me and my brothers and my dad eat. My mom can go fuck herself for all I care. She can starve. We have one pound of meat left and stuff for spaghetti, and she goes and buys herself a pizza, using the last of the money my dad saved for emergencies. I had to choose between feeding me and my brother tonight and not having anything to eat tomorrow, or saving the spaghetti.

Holy shit. o__o I'd kick her ass out. You are so responsible for taking it upon yourself to make sure you and your family eat. Hell, way more responsible than most grown men. >__>

I almost cried when I read your comment on responsility. I've been being told my whole life that I'm irrisponsible, and it's nice to hear someone say otherwise.

Oh Dear, Sammy just screamed. I think she's awake. I can handle her during the day, so I'mma have to go check on her if she makes another noise. (She screams a lot for no reason, so I'm not worried)

Oh God, hun. Your mom sounds like a total ass - no offense to you. As Ren said, you're not qualified to deal with a situation like that and you handled it marvelously, all things considered. Your mom had no business forcing that responsibility on you when she had just caused problems for your family like that. And why on earth wouldn't she let the girls sleep together? In a situation like that, they need familiarity.
