ive been having a shitty week, and its only wedensday. this journal must make me seem like such a depressed person, but thats cause i only write in it when im sad or mad. newayz, ive realized that i have no technique for dealing with stress, honestly i just stress out and get mad and upset about it instead of dealing with it. it sucks. right now
