These last evenings I've had plenty of time to spare, so I decided to catch up on some movies. Turns out I wasn't missing much. Talk about fandom raising one's expectations and going backwards when approaching a story, go me. You shouldn't start from fanwork.

IMO, the other Hulk movie, starring Jennifer Connelly (I forget the dude's name), is way better than TIH.

Is it? I was keeping it almost at the bottom of the catch-up list because I've heard that it wasn't exactly a success; but I'll definitely check it :)
A pity no one wants to have a remake with Ruffalo, though. Yes, I know - a third? *laughs* I guess they don't want to risk it anymore. But it would be great.

Thing is, viewers are sharply divided over which Hulk movie is the good one. Some people love TH and hate TIH, like me. Others are the reverse. TH had a more serious tone and more beautiful cinematography and Jennifer Connelly and a less lame plot than "What can we do with the Hulk? ...I know, we'll have him fight a bigger Hulk!"

So there's no way to predict which camp you'll turn out to be in until you see it.

Since normally I'm all for plot over shining effects, I think I'll like TH best. But we'll see :)

Hi! I'm Kiki May from EFP (I'm also Italian, but let's write in English XD I don't want to be unpolite to those commenting below) I didn't watch The Incredible Hulk and C. America. I was totally focused on the Thor's side of The Avengers and, generally, I'm planning to watch the second movie about Steve Rogers, because what I believe it's interesting about the character is this contrast between him and the modern world.
I generally agree about Snow White and the Huntsman. I think that Hemsworth was believable and funny. (And, you know, I'm also with the Thor-vibes and, Jesus Christ, look at those biceps!) I'm not too much objective. But I did like some scenes and Theron wasn't bad IMO. The landscapes and the costumes were amazing. KStew is just terrible.

If you prefer to write in English, it's fine; but I usually answer to Italian comments in Italian because I'm lazy and always looking for a convenient shortcut of reasons. Don't feel forced to. I don't think that many people read these lines, anyway *laughs*

Hemsworth is difficult to ignore, if you've got eyes. The fact that he's also a good actor only adds to his qualities :> shallow, much?
KS, well... I read somewhere that she bedded the director of the movie during the filming, cuckolding her boyfriend. Probably she obtained the role in the same way. And I know that it's common behaviour in those circles, but at least they could have chosen a good actress :/ meh.

Il problema della Stewart è che ha ottenuto altri ruoli. Non capisco davvero e poi possibile che vada a letto con tutti? XD In ogni caso, l'ho trovata davvero pessima, inguardabile. La Theron, pur non sforzandosi molto, la annichiliva con una sola occhiata.
Hemsworth è incredibilmente bello. Ma poi mi chiedo - e ti chiedo - il tizio con cui fa a botte in taverna è più alto di lui ... ma allora è un gigante!! D:

No, di certo non se li fa tutti spero; il motivo è un altro: ha avuto la fortuna/abilità/raccomandazione di essere la protagonista di un teen-blockbuster come Twilight e ora il suo nome è garanzia di alte vendite presso gli adolescenti. E nessuno spende e spande come gli adolescenti...
Pensa che è garanzia al punto che da essere una delle attrici più pagate. Tutto considerato, temo che resterà sulla cresta dell'onda ancora per un po'.
Che poi, ribadisco, all'inizio del film non era male; scene adatte a lei, quasi cucite addosso, più ottimo editing delle sequenze...

Il tizio che picchia Eric l'ho già visto da qualche parte! Ma non è detto che sia più alto, possono aver usato qualche accorgimento cinematografico ;)
