I don't think I've ever had it in my life, but MAN was it good! I brought a piece to work today too. Thank goodness I didn't bring the whole cake, because I would have eaten half of it by now!

Oh, if that were in my house I would totally eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner until it was gone. :)

Oh yum! I love pineapple flavoured stuff. :p~ Brown sugar crunchies...no idea what they are but it sounds like a great combo. :D

Basically just brown sugar and butter baked crunchy on the bottom of the pan.

I don't think I've ever had something pineapple flavored. But I guess the baby likes it! ;)

I don't think that's the technical term for it. ;)

Basically, I put melted butter and brown sugar on the bottom of the pan, then poured the cake batter over top and baked the whole thing. Leaving sort of like a crust at the bottom of baked brown sugar and butter. Brown sugar crunchy!
