General Information for Shoes Pre-orders
Size Matters
Chart just for reference:
(Chart is meant for those who're unsure of their EUR sizes. Do note that it's just a rough reference.)
Recommendations:
1) If you're a half size, opt the 1 size bigger. (Eg. 37.5 take 38)
2) If you're feet is broader or your regular size EURXX fits you just nice, it is recommend a size bigger especially for covered shoes such as FLATS, COVERED HEELS, POINTED SHOES.
*Please refrain from asking insole measurements as we do not have the stocks for all sizes on hand.

Size Exchange Policy
We allow change of sizes for items purchased in Melissa2ks. Items eligible for exchange follow the previous model in same colour. Exchange fees to cover return overseas shipping would be applicable on per item basis depending on the nature of the item as followed:
Flats/Sandals - S$8.00
Heels - S$8.00 - S$10.00
Boots - S$8.00 - S$12.00
Wedges - S$8.00 - S$12.00
Any Item > 1KG - S$15.00
(Exchange fee depends on weight of items)

(Namely Model No.s starting with P & E).
Do note that any items which require change of size must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving them. Melissa2ks reserves all rights to refuse any change of size if the item bought is deemed to be in used/damaged condition.
Size exchanges are subjected to availability of items. In an event whereby the requested exchange pair is out of production or no longer available, the exchange cost would be refunded. Kindly note that requested exchange pair/s strictly follows our weekly shipment schedule. Any size exchange request will be halt if shipment is not available.
Handling Fees
Handling fees of S$0.50 for each item ordered, applies for any single order below 10 items (excluding accessory items). They are used to cover administrative expenses and labour cost in handling shipped items.
Estimate Time of Arrival
A Week after order is settled & stocks are available.
Mode of Collection
A mass meetup would be held in town on one of the weekends. Date to be announced again when the shoes arrive. Please opt for either Singpost mailing if you are unable to come for mass meetups. No individual meetups.
Singpost Postage Details
Prices are not inclusive of local postage. Amount to top-up would be advised based on the actual weight when your order arrives. Normal postage fees for each pair of heels, flats and sandals ranges from $1.50 to $2.55. For registered postage, an additional fee of $2.25 on top of regular postage will be charged by Singpost. For more information, you may refer to Singpost rates. It goes according to the weight based on non-standard mails. Do also note that the above rates do not apply if the shoes your order are more than 2kg.
Door-to-door delivery service will be recommended only if your order is 6 pairs & more (ie. >3kg) and you're unable to come for the mass meet-up. The door-to-door delivery will be scheduled once the top-up is done. Delivery is subjected to slot availability and only available on Sundays at the moment. We regret to inform you that we're not able to schedule your delivery at a particular timing.
Optional: Door-to-door Delivery Service (Only Applicable for >3kg)
1) Door-to-door delivery to any residential addresses will be charged at a flat rate of SGD$10.00 on a per trip basis. Additional surcharges would be chargable for delivery to commercial addresses.
2) For a single order of 10 pairs and above, free Sunday delivery service (3pm to 6pm) to any residential addresses will be provided.

Submission of Order
Please double check and submit confirmed orders. The system auto generates order submission to supplier. Any amendments made after will be liable to an administrative charge of $2.00 per pair of shoes. Kindly note that once your orders and payment has been verified, no changes will be allowed then.

Our selection of goods comes from a variety of Brands including Korean brands and our own M2KS Label. Due to lower cost of production and the economies of scale, it is inevitable that most of the shoes available in M2KS are manufactured in the World's largest manufacturing country - China.
