great update, I really like where you're going with the story. I hope you'll keep writing, I loved how erica took care of callie and their sweet moment when she kissed her!

Thanks, I'm glad the story as a whole is flowing well together. It makes me so happy that you enjoyed that sweet little moment. This particular chapter was like extracting blood from a stone. Everything was a bit difficult to write... except that one moment! THANKS!

Aw! Erica carefully undressing her and the kiss... So sweet and tender. That was such a wonderfully loving, romantic moment.
This wasn't disjointed at all - it was a nice respite from Callie's frantic fears, and well timed. It made sense in the grand scheme of things and felt like a nice starting off point for the next chapter.
(Hint, hint. Yay upcoming next chapter!)

I'm glad it didn't come across as disjointed from the rest of the series. I had put it down for so long that I was REALLY worried that it just wouldn't flow together.

I'm glad you enjoyed that little romantic tidbit. It was the only part of this installment that was easy to write. It just seemed so true to their characters that it was easy to write.
