I'm typing this entry with a lap full of cat, who's happily kneading the air as I scratch her tummy (and wrapping her legs around my arm when I take it away to type). She's a very friendly, very fat tabby, which is what I'm used to cat-wise. A friend from church helped me move stuff (product placement: the Honda Element is an extremely efficiently-designed vehicle, and really maximizes space while minimizing having to get around open doors), so now all of my big stuff is at my new house. Ok, I've sent two emails about looking at apartments, so at least I've accomplished something today. Oh, and I got chocolate croissants, which were soothing and wonderful. I can now go to bed, and hopefully tomorrow will be a bit less gloomy. -
