You got to love John Kerry's official statement:

“Politico was wrong, Huffington Post was wrong, hell, all the pundits were wrong. Harry Reid isn’t just Dracula, he isn’t just Lazarus, he’s our Leader and our whole caucus is thrilled that he’s unbreakable and unbeatable.”

(I used to be one of the doubters, but after Health Care passed I am totally on the Dark Reid side now.

I LOVE Reid and I don't care how much of a minority report that opinion is. I think he has the potential to be even more badass working with a conservative House (Schumer, I feel, may have got more of Pelosi's full-throatedly progressive work through the Senate intact).

And Kerry's statement is AMAZING. I've long been proud to have Kerry as my Senator and awesome statements like that are one of the reasons why.
