I've long believed that the impression created by reading the novel (particularly the impression of Shiki) is significantly different from that created by watching the movies. It makes me all the more regretful over those who don't want to read it and the fact that it is only half-translated.

She's reading through 'Void Shrine' and then we're going to get back to the movies (with me explaining things that need explaining, of which there are many) from 'Paradox Spiral' onwards.
