I think it's cool to get a slogan printed bag but if you're going to carry about a laptop in it make sure it's one with a padded laptop pocket. I'm sayiong this because I've travelled public transport to and from uni with a laptop in a tote and all it takes is one drunk psycho or an obnoxious kid to cause 500 dollars worth of screen damage. I think a lot of websites like cafe press can do it I once got them to make me a laptop bag that said " what would voldemort do".

Hello making stencils yrself with transparencies are pretty easy, all you need is some textile medium and paints and a stanley knife! (Although I am a bit hesitant to advise you to do it yourself ;3)
